It's super close to Gotanda station, making it really convenient for exploring Tokyo. The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the rooms on the 10th floor are a nice touch. I also liked the attention to detail in the modular bathrooms - very modern and sleek.
No major complaints, everything was great!

convenient location, close to JR Gotanda station and Toyko. We loved the hair shampoo and conditioner and body wash provided by the hotel.
the size of the room was so tiny there wasn't enough space to open our luggage. Our toilet was larger than our room.

Sushiryori Inose, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel. Everything met expectation. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Excellent base for city break in Tokyo.

Staff very helpful providing extra services when daughter and I each got sick from so much traveling. Plug and play, no-hassle high-speed Internet.
Switched to the twin room after a couple days, since the small double was really too small for the three of us. Twin room is quite spacious; very nice.

This hotel is a great find! the value for money is excellent, especially considering the convenient location near Gotanda Station. Secondly, the staff are friendly and provide attentive service. Thirdly, the rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and have a thoughtful design, such as the modular bathrooms. Lastly, the breakfast offered on the 10th floor is a perfect start to the day.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

It was only 5 minute walk from Gotanda station so it was easy getting around Tokyo without having to use taxi all the time. Internet connection in your room.
Given that it wasn't a 4/5 star hotel, I wasn't expecting anything grand but this hotel was actually very expensive for its room size. I had the single room, it was just a step above a common Japanese love hotel. Very small room with 2 coat hangers. I had a single room, my medium size roller bag and clothes cluttered the little pathway I had between my bed to the bathroom. Also the laundry services weren't running even if it was working day so I had to buy socks. Bathtub is very slippery, I almost fell down in the bathtub due to the slipperyness. I would highly recommend bringing your own pillow because the one pillow they have here is only about half the size of regular pillow.

The rooms are well-designed and have a modern feel, especially with the open concept bathroom which adds to the overall spaciousness. The staff at this hotel are friendly and polite, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered at this hotel, although continental, is a great way to start the day and is quick and easy.
Everything was fine.

Great location just a few minutes away from the nearest train station and a nice shopping area nearby. The included breakfast was satisfying with tasty food selections. Also, the staff were friendly and always willing to help.
Although the hotel is located in a quiet area, during the Christmas holidays the rooms were noisy and uncomfortable. The beds are quite hard and make it difficult to sleep well. The room was cramped and lacked fresh air.

Spacious Room and Friendly Staff
We stayed in a hotel during our city trip, and overall it was an average experience. However, we did like the fact that the room was quite spacious, which is unusual for most hotels in this city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location was very convenient, and we were able to get to popular tourist destinations within a reasonable time frame.
There were a couple of aspects of our stay that we didn't like. First, the breakfast options were very limited, and we were disappointed that there weren't more choices available.

Additionally, the staff here were very kind and helpful, and the room was always cleaned perfectly every day. The breakfast was nice too, offering a good option for a quick and filling meal.
Nothing at all.
